This is me

My name is Kimberly, and I am a professional fundraiser. I consider myself to be a forward-thinking individual who values a person-centered approach to effecting change. I have a passion for helping companies and organizations enhance their impact through community-centric fundraising practices that benefit all involved parties. I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from Howard University, where I also played volleyball. After serving as a assistant account executive in New York City for Edelman, I relocated to Washington, D.C., and made the transition to the non-profit sector as a fundraising professional. I am skilled in creating funding strategies, analyzing potential supporters, and securing funding to advance the goals of nonprofit organizations.

My main focus is to provide guidance to significant contributors (including individuals, corporations, and foundations) in their pursuit of impact philanthropy and the fulfillment of their humanitarian goals.

I firmly believe that every worthy cause deserves a fighting chance, having seen many organizations with incredible ideas and noble purposes fail due to insufficient funds.
